The HGYX76-344-688 type floor deck profiling machine features specially designed ribs and interlocking tabs on the web, providing exceptional bond strength between the floor deck and concrete. Under the same slab thickness conditions, this model offers a greater effective slab depth compared to other composite floor deck systems, resulting in a significantly stronger resistance moment against positive bending. Additionally, since the floor deck’s ribs are fully encased within the concrete, it delivers outstanding fire-resistant performance. This floor deck also boasts advantages such as simple and rapid construction, as well as an extended service life.
