This production line is a carefully designed, multi-purpose, modular equipment specifically tailored for small- to medium-scale dry-mix mortar enterprises. It can efficiently handle the production of small-batch, high-mix variety dry-mix mortars, as well as produce standard commercial mortars—offering advantages such as low investment and rapid returns.
The equipment consists of a hoist, main mixer, secondary mixer, steel-structure platform, packaging machine, dust collector, and more. Manual feeding and packaging are performed by operators, but the system can be upgraded to fully automated operation based on customer requirements.

Installed power: 50 kW
Work efficiency: 8–10 tons/hour

The machine also includes a hydraulic transmission system and two sets of straightening devices.
