The vitrified microsphere insulation mortar equipment is primarily used for producing either vitrified microsphere insulation mortar or hollow microsphere insulation mortar. It is also suitable for cement-based and gypsum-based mortars containing lightweight, fragile particles, as well as powdered vitrified microspheres. The production line mainly consists of a masterbatch mixing system, storage system, copolymer material mixing system, conveying system, metering system, packaging system, dust removal system, and more. The vitrified (hollow) microsphere insulation mortar system can be widely applied to internal and external wall composite insulation in various brick-concrete structures, frame structures, and prefabricated steel structures, as well as for fireproof insulation in public facilities such as basements, garages, stairwells, corridors, and fire escape routes.
