The vitrified microsphere insulation mortar equipment is primarily used for producing either vitrified microsphere insulation mortar or hollow microsphere insulation mortar. It is also suitable for cement-based and gypsum-based mortars containing lightweight, fragile particles, as well as powdered materials. The production line is specifically designed for manufacturers already equipped with mortar mixing facilities, seamlessly integrating the existing mortar mixing system in place of the original masterbatch mixing system, along with the external masterbatch metering system, conveying system, copolymer mixing system, finished-product storage system, packaging system, dust removal system, and other components. This vitrified (hollow) microsphere insulation mortar system can be widely applied to internal and external wall insulation in various brick-concrete structures, frame structures, and shear-wall constructions, as well as for fireproof and thermal insulation in public facilities such as basements, garages, stairwells, corridors, and fire escape routes. It is specialized equipment designed for the post-application layering of inorganic insulation mortars.
